The final lesson does not offer graduation.
It returns me to the same choice available at the beginning: who will guide this moment?
After a year of practice, I may still become afraid, defend a grievance, or forget everything I seemed to understand the day before. The Workbook does not end by asking me to become flawless. It asks me to become willing again.
There is mercy in that. I do not have to carry 365 lessons into every situation as a test of memory. I can bring one honest pause.
Be You in charge.
Those words release me from needing to know what spiritual progress should look like. They let guidance meet me in the life I actually have: the relationships still unfinished, the habits still healing, and the ordinary mornings that will continue after this page.
I give God this instant—not the improved future self, not the perfectly peaceful year ahead.
This one.
And when I forget, another instant will arrive, still capable of being given.
A PRIVATE REFLECTION
What is coming up for you?
Share what you are feeling, noticing, or struggling with. The companion will respond through the lens of this lesson—not as the final truth, but as another way of seeing.
Your words stay in this box until you choose “Reflect with me.” That sends them securely to OpenAI for this response. The Site does not save them. You can download the finished reflection if you want to keep it.
