Review of Lessons 131–132

131. No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth. 132. I loose the world from all I thought it was.

Some conclusions survive because I mistake familiarity for truth.

I have believed them for so long that questioning them feels dishonest. This is simply how I am. This is what relationships become. This is what happens when I trust.

The conclusion begins to feel less like a thought and more like a law.

These review ideas make room for another possibility. No one can fail who seeks to reach the truth, and I loose the world from all I thought it was.

Seeking truth may begin with admitting that a familiar conclusion is not the same as an established fact.

I once caught myself saying, “I always overthink things.”

There was evidence. I could recall many hours spent analyzing conversations, decisions, and outcomes no amount of thought could control.

But *always* turned a pattern into an identity.

It left no room for the moments I trusted myself, made a clear decision, or allowed uncertainty to remain.

Loosing the world included loosing myself from that description.

I can acknowledge a pattern without appointing it to write the future. I can seek help, practice differently, and notice the times the old conclusion is not true.

None of that is failure simply because the habit returns.

Each moment of noticing is part of reaching truth. Each exception weakens the false law.

Today I want to listen for the words that make change impossible: always, never, everyone, no one.

I do not have to replace the old conclusion with forced optimism.

I can release my certainty and let the world become larger than what I thought it was.
