Spiritual purpose can sound abstract until it reaches my hands and feet.
My eyes can notice the person being overlooked. My tongue can refuse the easy joke that would make someone smaller. My hands can repair what I damaged. My feet can carry me toward a conversation I have been avoiding.
Recently, I was washing dishes beside someone carrying a grief they did not want to discuss. I could not solve what had happened, and words would have crowded the quiet. So my hands dried each plate while my feet stayed beside them. My body could say, without explanation: you do not have to stand here alone.
Giving my body to Christ does not require dramatic sacrifice. It means letting love determine what my abilities are for.
Sometimes love uses my tongue to speak. Sometimes it uses it to remain quiet long enough to hear another person. Sometimes my feet take me closer; sometimes they carry me away from a situation where staying would support dishonesty.
I do not need to bless the whole world at once.
I can let the world directly in front of me receive the purpose I choose today.

Share what you are feeling, noticing, or struggling with. The companion will respond through the lens of this lesson—not as the final truth, but as another way of seeing.
Your words stay in this box until you choose “Reflect with me.” That sends them securely to OpenAI for this response. The Site does not save them. You can download the finished reflection if you want to keep it.
