159. I give the miracles I have received. 160. I am at home. Fear is the stranger here.
God is but Love, and therefore so am I.
Fear can make me question whether I have anything peaceful to give.
If I am anxious again, perhaps the healing did not last. If an old grievance returns, perhaps I have no right to speak about forgiveness.
These review ideas do not ask me to give from permanent fearlessness.
I give the miracles I have received while remembering that fear, however familiar, is still the stranger.
I once sat with someone who was waiting for a medical result while another appointment of my own was already marked on the calendar. I knew how quickly a quiet room could fill with imagined futures.
Part of me wanted to hide my own fear so I could appear steadier for them. Another part recognized that pretending certainty would not be the miracle either of us needed.
I could tell them what someone had once given me: you do not have to perform optimism here, and you do not have to face the waiting alone.
Then I realized I was not giving them a finished version of myself.
I was giving what had helped me while receiving it again myself: the recognition that fear can be present without becoming the whole truth.
The miracle was not that I never worried. It was that worry no longer had exclusive authority.
God is but Love, and therefore so am I.
Love remains my home even when fear appears at the door with another urgent assignment.
Today I want to stop disqualifying the healing I received because I still need it too.
I may offer patience while still learning patience. I may make room for another person’s fear while gently meeting my own.
Giving the miracle helps me receive it again.
We can both remember where we live.
