189. I feel the Love of God within me now.

I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me.

I often look for God’s Love through the body.

A warm feeling, relaxed shoulders, a sense of being held. These experiences can be beautiful, but they are not the only forms love takes.

I remember sitting beside someone in comfortable silence. Neither of us was especially expressive. No profound conversation occurred.

Yet I felt no pressure to explain myself, improve the moment, or become easier to be with.

The Love of God appeared as freedom from performance.

The body was simply there—breathing, sitting, sharing space. Love was the permission beneath it.

I am not a body. I am free. I do not need to produce a sensation to prove Love is within me.

Today I want to notice where love is present as spaciousness rather than intensity.

Perhaps I can receive quiet companionship, remain with myself during discomfort, or let an ordinary moment be enough.

Love is not limited to what the body can register.

It is what allows me to be here without earning my place.
